Can we customize the email notification template for the direct messages?

Just wondering because when I go to /admin/Email, I can see the option to customize other templates but not the email that is sent in the case of direct messages.

I believe this has been asked before and there might even be a feature request open on it.

### Description: Hi i'm using version 3.9.1 in documentation at this link https://docs.rocket.chat/guides/administrator-guides/email/editing-emails-content way to change content of email has written but i can't see **Custom option ** for change to true please help to solve the issue ### Steps to reproduce: 1. When the administrator creates a new user, the new user receives an email. It wo…uld be good to have a placeholder for the username in the settings for the text of the email under Administration -> Email -> *. This would allow emails with the following content: ``` <h1>Hi, [fname] [lname],</h1> <p>a new account has been created.<br /> Please use the button below to log in. <br /> Your username is: <strong>[username]</strong><br /> Your initial password is: <strong>[password].</strong><br /> . . . ```
