Description
Hello,
we have one Rocketchat Server. The Server is in our HQ and we have 4 other offices. In our HQ everything works fine. But in all other offices the clients randomly stack at the 3 dots loading screen. When Press Strg+R to reload ist works. Somtimes we must press reload 4-5 times bevor it works.Everytime i want to reproduce this behavior it works. So i think it’s maybe a timeout Problem but i cant’t find somthing in this Forum for this Topic.
Our Clients:
Windows10 1903-20h2
Rocketchat Client: 2.7.11 - 3.0.6
We have some Ubuntu Clients too with the some Problem.
Office-Client ->Firewall ->Internet -> Firewall -> Apache proxy ->HQ Rocketchat-Server
