After 6.4 upgrade

Good morning
I hope you can help me, I have updated our version to 6.4
Since then the APP works correctly but the website keeps moving 3 dots and does not finish loading
I have many unemployed users, please, can you help me?

I’m having this same issue. I just set up a new install, and all that I see when trying to setup the server is the 3 dot loading screen.

we try to update the new edge version 6.4.3… unfortunately no improvement :weary:

Hi, i have the same problem. The reason - nodejs version. Try command: node -v (You get answer - 14.12.3). Then look /opt/Rocket.chat/node_version.txt

How to install node 14.21.4 ?? the latest official release - 14.21.3!!

Please don’t use snaps. They are not the recommended way. The best option is to install manually using this guide:

I had absolutely no issues in installing and upgrading Rocket Chat with this method.
