Drag&Drop rooms and users in sidebar to set personal arrangement of contacts

We used HipChat before switch to RocketChat. They have very convenient feature. Each User can Drag&Drop rooms and users to set personal arrangement of contacts in contact list. It would be great to have such a feature in the RocketChat.
