Description
Since Upgrade to 4.8.1 i cant close any livechat session anymore:
and i cant find any issue in logs… does someone have a idea?

This is a known bug that will be fixed in the upcoming 5 version: [FIX] Unable to close chats when comments is disabled by murtaza98 · Pull Request #26057 · RocketChat/Rocket.Chat · GitHub
As a workaround, you can enable the requirement for a comment on close, in Admin > Omnichannel > Request comment when closing conversation
