Cannot connect from Mobile App to Rocket Chat

With 0.62.2 snap release i could not connect to RocketChat from my mobile app. It says "Ooops! Could not connect to this server!

Can you help me?

Everything works like normal when connecting from the browser? No security warnings or things of that sort?

Yes That is true. from web browser and desktop application everything normal. There is no warning. At some forums somebody says that it about web socket and install nginx …etc. But couldn’t do that succesfully

What application are you talking about? iOS or Android? What’s the name and version of the app?

Hi Rafael.Problem resolved by our security team. we realized that we had web socket problem web browser connection . He solved the problem with some configuration at Load Balancer about web socket. After that both mobile app and web browser work with no error.
