Blank Screen When Opening Rocket Chat - Windows 7

We have a user in our organization who is presented with a white screen upon launching Rocket Chat and signing into our server. Running the command as admin causes Rocket Chat to load properly, but since this user isn’t a domain or local admin one of us has to launch it every time they restart their machine.

Computer is domain joined and running Windows 7 Enterprise. Nothing in group policy should be blocking this.

Any ideas on how to remedy this?

Hi, your description’s a little vague. Could you give some more info please, eg. RC server version, which client do your users use (browser, electron client) ?

Affected user is using the desktop (electron client?) on server version 0.64.1.

If you open the chat using the browser normally opens?
