I’m having the following problem, I’ve installed the Rocketchat app from the playstore, but I can’t login to open.rocket.chat (and my trial workspace). In my browser I can login in both workspaces.
When I open the app, and I select a workspace to login, I can enter my username and password, tap “login” but than nothing happens. Ive looked through several existing issues but can’t find a fix for mine.
I’m using Rocketchat version 4.14.1, Android v9, Omnirom (custom rom). My phone is not rooted. I’ve checked the app permissions, cleared the app cache, re-installed the app, rebooted my phone.

It seems it has something to do with the phone. Works flawless on a different phone.
Try using a simpler email id and password. Both should not be ending with a special character. Best would be to have no special characters at all in both the email id and the password (as well as the username). Worked like a charm for us on Android app on One Plus phones.
