Android App Error When Trying To Login

Description

Using the Android APP, on Androids more actuals(Android 8 >),
we receive the following message when trying to connect to our workspace:

CLEARTEXT communication to [our RocketChat IP or workspace name] not permitted by network security policy.

We have this problem only with Android 8 >. With Android 8 < and Apple´s we don´t have this problem and work normally.
