Have you registered a cloud account? A lot changed between 6 & 7. Did you do one big upgrade or steps? Likely that an upgrade from 6-8 has not been tested. You should also be on 8.4.2

You’re right, I am on 8.4.2. The first step I followed was updating MongoDB and during that process the server version also upgraded to 8.0. Then I did another update to 8.4.2. I am already registered for the cloud account. I can paste my Cloud Workspace ID here if needed. Thanks!

That does not happen automatically unless you use a ‘latest’ tag which you should never do. Documented multiple times.
