Website live chat with slack intergation

Description

I want to be able to chat to website visitors through slack.
I have followed step by step instructions provided here Rocket Chat SlackBridge for Secure Team Integration but this seems not to work. The integration between slack and web chat does not work at all. Is there a step I may have missed perhaps or I cant see what I am doing wrong.

  • Firewalls involved: port 443/80 allowed for evething. evething else is blocked

7.3.1 will be out any time. You should upgrade as soon as you can and test on that.

Firewalls involved: port 443/80 allowed for evething. evething else is blocked

You should be using a reverse proxy and port 80 should be redirected to 443 so you ONLY use 443 reversed to 127.0.0.1:3000

Connections via 80 will get you in a pickle.

So you better start listing it all out so we can see - we are blind. Help us see.
