Any additional Information

Fairly new in rocket chat. Does not matter what version I use - still the same error. What should I check? I used 7.3.0-rc.1 - does not work, 7.2.1 - same, 7.1.1 - still the same message. Did not try version 6.

| Rocket.Chat Version: 7.2.1 |

Essentially your server is up and running.

7.2.1 is latest stable - don’t mess with dev versions unless you have a reason or know what you are doing.

You must be registered to access apps but you have not mentioned licence type.

(No mention of a reverse proxy either - you are using one?)

https://docs.rocket.chat/docs/rocketchat-marketplace

https://docs.rocket.chat/docs/rocketchat-release-notes#release-700

I use a reverse proxy (Traefik), install it using this
https://docs.rocket.chat/docs/deploy-with-docker-docker-compose

I am on a starter plan, the workspace is registered on cloud.rocket.chat, I see it there.
Restarting docker does not help, any other ideas?

There’s a simple answer I think but I can never find it.

I think you shoukd re-sync your licence in admin.

Make sure you registered name in cloud.rocket is the same.

What had you upgraded from?

A bit of history may help.

I tried to re-sync many times - no luck. I was initially on 7.2.1 then moved to rc because of this issue, now moved back - no luck. Restat, resent - nothing helps.

What helped me is.
Restarted the host.
Waited for some time for containers to start.
Logged in, went to admin - subscriptions, canceled the starter subscription.
Went to marketplace - I started to see the apps immediately.
Re-subscribed to starter subscriptions - apps are still there.

Thanks a lot for your help!
Hope this helps others.

So your subscription was out of whack.

Cool.

Again. Do NOT use RC versions in production. Only testing.

Do NOT try and go back to earlier versions. Database upgrades can make that messy. You won’t find out until too late…

Only safe to go back is restore from the correct version.

Personally I wait until a .1 is released.

Eg 7.2.1 or 7.3.1 never .0

Less breakage that way.

Thanks, good to know.
