I have a user who uses a combination of the desktop and iOS apps at the same time. “Enable Auto Away” is set to False and “Idle Time Limit” is set to 300 (default from server). For some reason his presence is changing to ‘Away’ in less than a minute of inactivity and I can’t figure out why. Are there logs I can tail somewhere to see more detailed info about presence?
