Upload App stuck on permission page

I’m trying to upload an app into my rocket chat instance however it sticks on the Required Permissions with the options Cancel or Agree.

Clicking Agree does nothing and cancel does the obvious and cancels the operation.

Unfortunately I see nothing in the logs either.

Hello!

I’m runing Version 5.4.4

Error from console:
POST http://10.0.0.5:3000/api/apps 400 (Bad Request)
Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘app’)
at $ (AppInstallPage.js:1:11212)

Hi! Is this a private App?

it would be interesting to replicate this. Also, can you see the same issue if you install on a fresh clean install?
