Unsubscribe to WhatsApp Application && I am still being charged

Hi there,

I am still being charged for $39 every month for the Whatsapp aplication, although I uninstall the application from my self-hosted RocketChat instance. I also, unsubscribe from the 360dialog service.

So, if I removed the Whatsapp aplication from my self-hosted rocketchat application, but I am still being charged, how can I stop or disable the Whatsapp Application monthly subscription ?

Yes, finally the support guys remove my subscription.

It seems there is no easy way to unsubscribe from the Whatsapp application.
