*SOLVED* App from marketplace "already installed" and cannot be removed/activated

Description

I have attempted to install the Giphy app via the marketplace, the app claims that it is installed but when I go to its page in “installed” it yields “o.sort is not a function”. I have tried reinstalling the app via marketplace, URL and .ZIP and all fail yielding “app is already installed”.

After our Snap install was upgraded to 1.0.3 the app appeared as installed but unactivated. From there I was able to delete the app and reinstall without issue.

Yeah, was an issue with v0.74.3
