SMTP settings not available?

Description

Dear fellow users of Rocket Chat,

I cannot configure the SMTP at Administration settings > Email > SMTP like described here https://docs.rocket.chat/guides/administrator-guides/email/setup
The interface simply lacks the fields to enter SMTP settings, like the protocol, host name, etc.
Here is the screenshot of my interface:

There are only two parameters there, “Ignore TLS” and “Pool”, but nowhere to enter the settings of the SMTP server to (in contrast with the image in the documentation). I have the administrator and owner privileges.

Am I missing something?
Could anyone tell where to configure SMTP?
