Small Confusion About Setting Up Channels for Team Collaboration

I hope all of you doing well. I am trying to organize my team communication better inside Rocket.Chat, but I get little confused with the best way to create channels for different tasks. Sometimes we mix technical talk, general updates, and support issues all in one place, so it become messy very fast. In my daily work outside this platform I deal with detailed tasks like checking thermal protection estimating services information, and there also clear structure is important. So I feel maybe I should follow same type of organized system here, but I am not sure what is good method for team channels. If anyone can share simple guidance how you divide your channels for smoother communication, I will really appreciate it.
