SlackBridge only working one-way on private channels after restart

Hello,

Ever since updating to 0.66.3, we’ve had a weird issue where the Slack bridge stops working both ways on private channels once the service is restarted. Once the service restarts, the bridge only works from Slack → Rocket. Public channels work fine regardless of restarts.
If we create a new room private room it’ll work two way until a restart, and then that room will only start working one way as well. I have the logs posted on the GitHub issue:

### Description: We upgraded to version 0.66.3 yesterday. Now, private channe…ls are only bridging one way (from Slack to Rocket, but not from Rocket to Slack). If I create a new private channel it'll work fine (2 way) until I restart the service again, at which point that channel will also have the same issue. Public channels work fine (2 way); issue only occurs with private channels. ### Steps to reproduce: Create new private channel. Test 2 way. Restart service. The only difference I could find is that the bridge doesn’t seem to trigger on private channels AFTER a restart. This line only exists on new private channels:

SlackBridge ➔ Slack.debug OnSlackEvent-MESSAGE
