Self-managed pricing in community rocket.chat version

Hi,
In the Self-managed pricing, it shows the limit of user’s number is 100. I have some confusion

  1. Is it a typing mistake. I remember that the number is 1000 before.
  2. How do we understand that limit? Is it about 100/1000 active user at a moment or something?
  3. Can we create more than 100/1000 user? Is it a exited way to create immediatly a number of users?
