Rocketchat integration with 369dialog

Description

I want to integrate with 360dialog, I already registered my whatsapp number, and it is already linked to rocketchat, but when I send a message to the number through whatsapp, the messages do not arrive to rocketchat.

I already checked and did the steps mentioned in the documentation on the rocketchat website.

  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: Enabled

Hello everyone, I contacted the 360Dialog support area regarding the issue of sending messages, for which everything was fine, so has anyone of you had problems with that application in rocketchat?

Can you see any outstanding log in the App Log tab, or in Rocket.Chat logs when a message arrives (remember to increase verbosity in ADMIN > LOGS)?

Do you get any confirmation from 360dialog that he message was successfully delivered?

Do your workspace has SSL configured?
