Rocket.Chat Desktop App Stuck on Black Screen Help Needed

Hi everyone,

I have been using the Rocket.Chat desktop app without any issues, but recently, it started showing a black screen right after login. The app doesn’t crash, but nothing loads.
I have tried reinstalling and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. Interestingly, the browser version works fine, so it seems to be an app-specific problem.

Has anyone experienced this black screen issue before? Are there logs I can check or settings I should tweak to fix this?

I would appreciate any troubleshooting tips or advice from the community. Thanks in advance for your help!
