Rocket.Chat Desktop 2.13.0 update broken for some

When updating to 2.13.0 a few users have encountered issues where their desktop client would no longer launch.

A work around for some has been to uninstall and install the release directly: https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Electron/releases/tag/2.13.0

We will follow up here when this is resolved.

Rocket.Chat desktop version 2.13.1 is out. Please let us know about any issue installing/updating it.
