Password reset not possible

Description

Hello guys, happy new year. I tried to gain access to my rocket chat app. It told me that my password is incorrect. So i tried to reset my password. I got a link and resetted the password but the response was “login forbidden” Has anyone an idea what might be the problem here?

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • Proxy: apache i suppose

Hi! How is it deployed?

Do you have administrator access to where it’s deployed?

This is an old version. You should consider updating to latest for a better experience.
