Omnichannel Email Inbox does not display email content from customer


When my team receives a message though our support email using the Email Inboxes feature of omnichannel the content of the email the customer sends is blank. We get all the other information such as email, replied to etc but no message/content.

  • Deployment Method: Docker
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • NodeJS Version: v14.21.3
  • MongoDB Version: v5.0.23
  • Proxy: Traefik
  • Firewalls involved: N/A


Could yo resolve this issue? I have the same problem.
