No PUSH notification to android

Description

I have the issue that android and ios client are not getting any push notifications. Our server is registered to cloud.rocket.chat.

When dropping messages neither ios nor android clients get a push notification. when hitting the test button in the administration -> push area I see the error message that there are no tokens for this user.

The parallel connected android version is 4.10.0.2135. How can I solve this?

I am receiving Emails when I receive messages but would prefer to receive push notifications as well.

I’ve found in our personal experience that Android is very hit and miss, depending on manufacturer and Android distribution. For example, I have a OnePlus 5 on HydrogenOS and never receive push notifications unless I have the app running in the background. A colleague has a OnePlus 7 on Oxygen and he always receives them.

Xiaomi phones never receive any either. They’ve been very unreliable.
