Description

Server is up, but some users get three dots and no log in page

new install, trying to get folks to login

All most of my users see is three dots, not the log in page.

Did a fresh snap install, did the SITEURL setting and most of my user base see is the three dots where the page is loading. I’m sure i missed a step, but can’t figure out which step.

Any help would be appreciated!

At a guess, as you are missing a lot of info, it is because you haven’t setup up a reverse proxy and https.

You need to fix that and make sure you have working websockets.
