My chat is too slow

My chat is very slow, all the time it goes out of the air, it is hosted at: http://vps7990.publiccloud.com.br:3000/, I already spoke with the support responsible for the hosting and they said that the problem is not on the server but in the internal content, I need urgent help.

Can you provide a bit more detail for me so that I can better assist you ?

  • What are the specs of your hosted server, like cpu and memory

  • how many users are there on your Rocket.Chat instance

  • is it slow when you try and do something in particular or just all the time?

  • what deployment method was used to install it

  • does anything show in the console logs when these slowdowns happen ?
