Move registration to another account

Description

I have registered our company instance on cloud.rocket.chat with my private email address. While this worked, it is not possible for any team member to do anything with it, when I leave the company.

So, I created a new account with an email address readable by the team. Now I’d need to move the existing registration to that new account. Is that possible somehow? Or do I need to unregister the instance on the old account and register it anew with the new account?

In my experience, the easiest and cleanest approach is usually to unregister the workspace from the old account and then register it again using the shared team account. Rocket.Chat Cloud registrations are closely tied to the email/account used during registration, so there is not always a simple “transfer ownership” option available in the UI.
