Marketplace - not working on premise installation

Hi guys, I’ve installed on premise installation, but I’m not able to download anything from marketplace. Can somebody tell me what I’m doing wrong?

If I would like to download smth at marketplace, I get this error:

Hop into Cloud Connectivity Services tab and click log out. Then log back in. Make sure to use the exact same email address as you used to register your workspace (the email you got the link to finish registration at).

If this issue persists after that please DM me the full request ID from one of those and I can get to the bottom of it.
