Description

Hello,

We are experiencing a problem with LiveChat notifications. When someone starts a LiveChat, my agents only receive a brief sound notification in the app. However, they don’t always have headphones or sound enabled, so they often miss the incoming chats.

Is there a way to enable a persistent visual notification in the desktop app or browser to make it more noticeable?

Hmm. You don’t mention the client app - browser or Electron app.

Check preferences.

Hello,
We are using desktop app on Windows 11.

Yes, I checked, but it doesn’t work. When the chat arrives in the waiting queue, we don’t receive any notifications on the app, except for the short beep.
