Hi John, thanks for your reply.
after upgrade from 3.0 to this version I´m not able to use livechat.( I didnt remember which version was) the old name was livechat and now is Omnichannel.

I got this document Updating - Rocket.Chat Docs
I didnt get any errors, the livechat widget doesnt load, is there a place where I can get a log ? to check this situation ?

Hi, go to your general tab in the Admininstration Panel and disable “iframe restriced access” (second button) - sorry dont know exact name (german language). You have the same origin issue.
