Description
We are coming from another platform and slack and looking to being everything into Rocket.
We are used to having all staff be able to see all chats, as they can sometimes help out with a discussion.
So we have it setup right now so that you have to accept a chat, and its not auto routed, which is fine.
Can anyone think of a way we could have a Livehcat channel where any live chats are duplicated into there (makes a new thread per chat would be awesome).
Anything which any member writes in that thread would be sent back to the livechat - and thus the end user would see
Would be a super cool thing!!!
New Theme
I have spent some time creating a theme / look which suits us a little, if anyone would like the css just shout!
