Is it possible to install multiple different live chat widgets? I have a few different websites where I’d want to install different ones with their own departments, but still manage all chats through my chat if possible.

It should be possible to use the live-chat on as many sites as you need
Take a look here for how to customise it for each site - https://rocket.chat/docs/developer-guides/livechat-api/#set-custom-field - With that you can set a specific department, Set the name, and a bunch of other settings.

Would it be possible for any user to create their own live chat widget/users @JSzaszvari?
In addition to any user being able to create their own live chat widget; would it be possible to create another “Department” type? In addition to the departments I’d like to have a dropdown for “Companies” as well.
