Jira Server Integration - No messages in chat

Hi rocket chat guys,

I’m currently trying to connect my self hosted JIRA server with my rocket chat server.

I was following this instruction

and managed to connect my project into my channel:

Jira project * Support * successfully connected! This room will now be notified of certain events in the project

I’m able to see the webhooks in the log of the “Jira Server Integration” app.
There I’m able to see the following error:

error: 2019-04-16T15:40:40.863Z (Caller: post -> post)
[
“Unrecognized request type”
]

JIRA 8.0.2
Rocket Chat 1.0.0 RC2

Any idea what is the problem?
Do you need any further information?

Hi guys,

so the problem was that I tested it with a private channel.
In such case you need to invite the bot “rocket.cat” to the channel to receive the messages.
This might be enhanced in the documentation.
