I want to integrate Flowxo ChatBot to “continue the conversation” with Livechat when arrived to dead end in the bot.
any ideas how to combine the 2 channels (flowxo+livechat) to one conversation with my client?
The first step here would be to get Rocket.Chat support added to Flowxo. It looks like they are not opensource. So this would have to be part of their implementation.
I’d say reach out and ask. If they are looking to add Rocket.Chat support they definitely could get in contact with us we could help them find the api’s and stuff as needed.
