I can't enable voip

Description

I has upgrade to 4.6.2 version.I has see call center.But I can’t enable it.

What have you tried so far? Do you have some error logs?

It’s show block icon.I can’t click to enable it.

I haven’t see error log in syslog.

Humm. What browser are you using?

Have you tried on a different one?

Have you tried changing the language?

This seems like an interface bug… But then it would habe to happen to all toggle elements :upside_down_face:

I has try firefox and google chrome.Also IE and edge.It’s the same error.

I use firefox login to admin account.I switch language to english.It’s the same error.

We have this same problem in 4.6.2. We have been waiting a bit to update our instance. Today we have made it to 4.7.2 and we still have this problem. Unable to enable Voip.

the VOIP feature depends on the Omnichannel, so please, check if this option is enabled in
Admin > Omnichannel
