How to send unsigned messages to a readonly public chat? (like in Telegram)

Description

Hello all!
We just created a read-only public channel to send news to users, and we’re looking how the moderators could publish messages without showing his name, without signing the messages (like in Telegram). Anyone knows a way to do it?
