Please help me identify the problem. It’s time to upgrade the server. I previously installed Ubuntu 20.04, and now I have 24.04. I made a backup using sudo snap run rocketchat-server.backupdb, and on the new server, I used sudo snap run rocketchat-server.restoredb. After running these commands, the server started working. Images and files in chats are not loading. Please help me migrate. Version 4. The file system was not changed as recommended by gridfs.
