Update/Upgrade of Rocket Chat server does not work

Hi,
we want to move our rocket chat server (4.1) to a current version. We have a manual installed
rocket chat server installed on ubuntu 20.04 and want to move to a snap managed version.
We tried to migrate the system (test system) doing the following steps:

  1. export of the complete mongodb (daily dump), copy to the test system
  2. install the snap version of rocket chat (4,8.7)
  3. import of the mongodb dump into the snap mongodb

All steps have worked without any problem.But after a restart of the test system we are not able
to connect to the instance, but we do not see anything from the old data.

How should we perform an update from 4.1 → 4.8.7 (latest snap) → 5 → 6.x ?

Good job! Some of the ways that can help you improve this is to change the color of the screen used. The white screen will be suitable when you watch movies or play games.
