Functionality support

Description

There is a general schedule for all departments, but:

  • there is no schedule configuration for each department
  • Schedule configurations by department and agent.
  • Agent schedule settings for holidays
  • Maximum number of conversations per agent, the administrator can parameterize the number of conversations that reaches the agent.
  • If there are no agents available, after X time the conversations can be automatically forwarded to the administrator
  • That does not allow the agent to log in on different machines, that detects a new login alerting the user.

Have you tried the Enterprise Trial?

I believe most of those are covered by the Enterprise Edition.

Also, you can achieve most of them by using integrations and APIs from outside of Rocket.Chat.
