Description
There is a general schedule for all departments, but:
- there is no schedule configuration for each department
- Schedule configurations by department and agent.
- Agent schedule settings for holidays
- Maximum number of conversations per agent, the administrator can parameterize the number of conversations that reaches the agent.
- If there are no agents available, after X time the conversations can be automatically forwarded to the administrator
- That does not allow the agent to log in on different machines, that detects a new login alerting the user.
