Failed to find any information about the oAuth Client

Good morning I deleted a work section because I did not like the notifications I created a new administrator account because I wanted to create a new work section but it does not allow it anymore it continues to give me this error and in addition if I do the sync it gives me an error how can I associate the my rocket chats a section on the cloud

I have a ticket to which I have not received an answer

Hi Antonio,
i have a similar issue since yesterday - maybe related.

When clicking on Login to RCC:
rc

When clicking on sync:
Red flag with “An error occured syncing”

Logs are flooded with:

server.js:204 Push ➔ error Error sending push to gateway (3 try) → Error: ETIMEDOUT at Timeout._onTimeout (/app/bundle/programs/server/npm/node_modules/e[4mmeteore[24m/http/node_modules/e[4mrequeste[24m/request.js:849:19) e[90m at listOnTimeout (internal/timers.js:549:17) e[90m at processTimers (internal/timers.js:492:7) { code: ‘ETIMEDOUT’, connect: true }

Server was manually re-registered in RC Console but sent not a single Push message since…

you solved ? I am in trouble because I can no longer register on the cloud and I can no longer get notifications on smartpone the thing that puzzles me is that I have opened a ticket that no one has read

Hi Antonio,
i am running my Rocket Chat inside a docker container and realized that the DNS requests from inside my container are failing, which rendered the gateway unusable.

I also realized that my RC instance did’t send emails when providing the name of the IMAP Server, but when providing the IP. This pointed me towards the right direction.

So my suggestion is: Try pinging/tracing the gateway from your RC server.

All the best

I have the same issue, but I don’t have any issue with DNS inside Docker.
