Description

Hello I am desperately trying to evaluate RocketChat and integrate it with Facebook, I have tried troubleshooting a connectivity problem for days and just can’t seem to find the setting, permission or issue with the following error message:

Error Code: 103

Error Message: Error! Workspace service record does not have the facebook service account enabled. To resolve this issue, please reinstall the Facebook app via Rocket.Chat’s Marketplace. If the error still persists, please contact Rocket.Chat’s support

I have what I think is a valid Facebook App ID and Secret - any help would be most appreciated.

I do have the exact same issue. This is still unclear if this app is supposed to work with self host version or only cloud premium. . . .
