Error sending a message

Over the weekend, the chat was updated to the new version 2.4.2. Now, when sending a message to any user, an error message appears. See the screenshot.
Users will connect to the server without problems.
What to do?
Can I disable auto-update of a chat if it is installed in snap?

Rolling back to the previous version with the command did not help. The server does not start.

Problem solution

Temporary workaround below
In the admin message settings (/admin/Message).
Turn off “Set a User Name to Alias in Message”

Same error here, Rocket.chat installed as the “normal” Snap on Ubuntu Server. Thanks for the workaround, it allows people to at least communicate. But this release is definitely broken around the edges and needs some tweaking. Auto updates are fantastic until one shows up that breaks it.
