Emails received, can see sender and subject, but body of email received is blank

Sent emails to support@mycompany.com, received okay - can see sender and subject but no detail in the message.

Exactly what are you trying to do?

I don’t know if it is related. This thread is specifically about when emails are received there is no body show as seen below. When I reply to the email I get the error above.

So at a guess they are related and you haven’t set something up correctly.

It helps if you tackle one issue at a time.

First, emails not correctly received, second can’t reply.
