Downgrade Cloud-Hosted Workspace from Pro Trial to Starter Without Losing Data

I signed up for a cloud-hosted workspace and the system automatically assigned me to a Pro Trial ending March 26, 2025. I don’t want the Pro Plan, I want the Starter Plan. The cancel option in cloud.rocket.chat threatens to delete my workspace, but I already have team members and chats on the account. How do I downgrade to the Starter Plan without losing my workspace?

Just leave it and it should downgrade automagically if you have under 50 users.
