Create Omnichannel with Community Edition

However, when we try to activate omnichannel, it is not allowed. License says the same as well. Is it supported on Community Edition?

I have Omnichannel on a community edition server. It was running well for a couple years but recently it has stopped following the defined opening business hours. Everyday, I have to manually open the queues, but it follows the closing time defined in the business hours table. I am only using the web chat feature. What other omnichannel applications are you trying to integrate?
