i have a headscratcher although it seems to be documented all over the place online but for whatever reason i cant seem to make mine work.
i cant get my mobile (IOS) rocketchat to get passed this error: ‘could not establish a secure connection to the server. please make sure the server supports ssl’
my setup:
Ubuntu 18, Rocketchat installed via SNAP
NO custom config
instead of using NGINX i am using a KEMP (free LB), worth checking out for your lab should you be interested: https://freeloadbalancer.com/
i can connect to the KEMP reverse proxy Rocketchat IP via https, my self signed cert shows, I can connect via web and desktop app, BUT for whatever reason my IOS app does not want to work. keeps throwing this error -> could not establish a secure connection to the server. please make sure the server supports ssl
any help is appreciated.
