"Call Already Ended" Jitsimeet and Rocketchat

Description

we have a Rocketchat Installation and Integration with Jitsi Meet. now , when i create a video conference , nobody can’t join to this video conference and return error to users “Call Alreday Ended”.
How can i Fix This error ??

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 18.0.4
  • Deployment Method: Manual Installation
  • Number of Running Instances: 15
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: Enabled
  • NodeJS Version: v8.11.4
  • MongoDB Version: 4.0.9
  • Proxy:
  • Firewalls involved: not yet,Just enable on the MongoDB servers

Hello,
I had the same problem due to incorrect time between your jitsi server and your computer and/or rocketchat server.
even for a difference of few seconds it doesn’t work

Hi I also having the same problem even I have changed the server time of rocket chat and jitsi meet as same. I am using both in docker. This problem suddenly does not occur. After 2 minutes from the meet started No one can join with the Click To join button. It shows Call ended.
Please help with this
