Android images sent and received are so blurry they're unreadable and viewable

I dont know if theres a setting for this but… if I send an image, either as an image or as file attachment from my phone to someone, its so incredibly blurry when they look at it on their phone. Or even when I open the file sent on my phone as well. If I save it to gallery it saves the blurry image. However if I look at it on my Windows PC in the Rocket Chat windows app, the same image thats blurry on my phone is clear.

I don’t know what the issue is? Thoughts?
